Constructional Features:

Main body is made by C.I. Graded casting for absorbing the vibration of the machine.

Reduction Worm and Gear unit is totally enclosed and oil immersed. Gear and worm are specially made by phosphorus bronze and carbon steel respectively.

Carbon steel shafts are mounted on sets of Heavy Duty Taper Roller Bearings.

Drawing area of Drums are Hard Surface Welded & Ground finish for long Production Life.

Quality oil seals are fitted on housing to protect oil leakage.

Direct water cooling system are provided inside Drawing Drum and Die Boxes for longer production life.

Every parts of machines are interchangeable.

Any intermediate block can be easily converted in a finishing block.

According to the Range and volume of production, these machines can be used as a single block or multiple block with continuos attachment.

Speed of the machines are selected according to the Area Reduction of wire diameter. Easy changing of speed is provided by pulley ratio change.

These wire drawing machines are driven by lnduction motor (1440 rpm.440 Volt A.C.).

Electrical Control Panels are provided for smooth running afthese machines. Panel consists of Push Button of Start/Stop/Inching, Volt Meter, Ammeter, Contact, Bus bar for easy and compact operation.
